Every closing is a milestone. With Closing for Kids, realtors, brokers, lenders, title professionals, and real estate teams can choose to donate a portion of proceeds (or make a flat gift) to support patients and families at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital.

Receive toolkit access once registered and use ready-made social posts, email graphics, and branded assets to let clients and partners know that a portion of your closing supports local pediatric care.

- Profile photo frame(s) (e.g., “I’m Closing for Kids” / “Proud Closing for Kids Partner”)

Step 3 — Support Patients + Submit Honor Card Tracking

When you make a donation through Closing for Kids, you can request Honor Cards to recognize clients, partners, or a closing milestone. Submit the tracking form by email and we’ll take care of the rest.

When will clients, partners, etc. receive an Honor Card?
After a qualifying donation $30+ is received and the tracking form is submitted, an Honor Card will be sent for each eligible donation. Honor Cards are sent on a monthly basis.
